When can I check in – and when do I have to leave again?
Your Hive adventure starts at 2:00 PM – that's our official check-in time. Check-out is by 10:00 AM – so we can get everything fresh and ready for the next guests.
Pro tip: Make it easy and check in online before arrival – you'll get the link from us via WhatsApp or email. That way, you can skip the line and head straight to chill, play games, or hang out in our community corner. Of course, our team is also on site and can't wait to welcome you in person.
Can I arrive before my check-in time?
Sure, no problem! Our hosts are there for you 24/7 – feel free to arrive earlier. Store your luggage in our lockers, chill in the community space, or enjoy some games while you wait.
Want to get straight into your room or bed? Early check-in is possible from 12:00 PM for a small fee:
Booked directly? Just select early check-in during your reservation.
Booked via a third party? Message us or ask at the desk on arrival.
Important: Early check-in depends on availability – you’ll only be charged if your room is ready.
Can I stay past my check out time?
Want to take it easy in the morning? No worries! Late check-out is available until 1:00 PM for a small fee – perfect after a long night.
